This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location was serene and surrounded by trees, providing a lovely walkable setting. Our suite was perfect for a couple’s getaway, and we enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were kind and attentive, making us feel right at home.

my fiancé and I stayed here recently and found it perfect for our needs, being just a short walk across to the Friday Center made it super convenient for attending our game at UNC. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is beautifully set in a tree-filled location with easy access to nearby attractions. The indoor pool was a delightful retreat, and the yogurt parfaits from the fridge were surprisingly tasty.

Unfortunately, the rooms felt cramped, and the dated bathrooms posed safety concerns due to their slippery tubs. The pillows were disappointingly unsupportive, making for an uncomfortable night's rest.

I had a great experience during my stay. the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, right across from the Friday Center, making it convenient for my activities. However, I believe they could improve by offering complimentary coffee in the lobby instead of charging for it.

The dinner at the Bistro was just delightful, paired with the local Chapel Hill brew that really hit the spot! And big props to the front desk crew for the complimentary bottled water—they totally nailed customer service! The hotel's cleanliness level was on point, helping me relax after a day of culinary exploring.

While it had style, I wasn't thrilled about shelling out cash for breakfast when the Bistro card indicated 11am but it closed at 10:30. Plus, I wasn’t a fan of the hidden parking fees that felt like a little highway robbery.

that shower design is a mess, had to go inside to turn on the water. but the pool was clean and open, super nice for a dip. the staff was friendly and helpful, and i really enjoyed the nice yogurt parfaits from the fridge. overall, a decent stay!
